SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please allow 3-5 days for processing, plus 1-5 days for shipping. All package are sent via USPS (class depending on the weight and cost). Lou & Lucy is not liable for any lost items, or delays in shipping.

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. However, issues occasionally arise and I will do my best to rectify any. Please get in touch if you have any problems with your order, and I’ll do my best to help. If your package hasn’t arrived, please start with USPS.
